Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We do not accept items that are worn, damaged, washed and/or altered. We also do not issue refunds as all items are created custom for each shopper after purchase.
Important to Note
In the event your desired (exchange) item is not available, we will provide you with a store credit in the form of a gift certificate or unique code. Store credit can be used immediately and does not expire. When returning your item, we recommend using USPS Flat-Rate Shipping. Please also remember that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
